Being an avid animal lover, Tian Hui had always wanted a job in grooming with animals since young. But due to a car accident, that dream was put on hold until recently when she finally was able to go for classes in 2023.

Her journey began in 2023 when she finally had the opportunity to pursue her love for animals professionally.
​
In 2023, she earned her SKC (Singapore Kennel Club) certification with the Award of Merit, which is a testament to her dedication to professionalism and expertise in the field. This certification represents her commitment to upholding high grooming standards and ensuring the safety and comfort of the pets she work with.

As a pet groomer, she takes pride in providing a happy and stress-free environment while following strict safety standards. Her journey has been marked by her love for animals and a dedication to providing the best for furkids.

Groomer behind What the Fluff

It has always been her dream to work with animals. After working as a physiotherapist for 6 years, she decided to give up her job and pursue a career in pet grooming. Her grooming career started in 2019 after earning an Award of Merit at the SKC (Singapore Kennel Club) certification.
​
Working in multiple grooming shops to improve and learn more on the different handling techniques and traits of different breeds and how to best provide a comfortable grooming experience for them.
​
She takes pride in her work and is constantly improving her skills and keeping up with new grooming trends by attending courses.
She holds high standards for herself in her grooms to ensure that the furkids are comfortable and safe in her hands.
​
Her commitment also extends to pet safety as she has completed Canine CPR & First aid training, making her well-equipped with skills and knowledge should any situation arise. Her dedication and passion to the art motivates her to give her best to provide the best care to the furkids that comes to her.
